Sustainability

We are conscious of the impact of our actions on the world we live in and here at Wild Things – Droitwich we seek to minimise any negative impact we may have, and promote thoughtfulness and seeing the bigger picture.

We believe that no action is too small to matter. A whole lot of small things add up to a very big thing indeed! Wherever possible we see to reduce, reuse and recycle (in that order) and to make sustainable choices where we can. Examples of this include having reusable cloth wipes available instead of paper towels, planning our meals effectively to reduce waste, only buying what we need, and sequestering non-recyclable plastic waste in ecobricks rather than sending it to landfill.

We understand the interconnectedness of all living things and the environment and will help your child to explore their place in the world, along with opportunities to learn about the many other animals and plants that make up our planet.
